Mr. Loewen moved to North Kildonan from Europe at a very young age, where he still resides with his family. His B.A. and LL.B. were obtained from the University of Manitoba. The first three years of his career were spent at downtown law firms. In 1973 he founded the firm in North Kildonan, where he still practices today. When Mr. Loewen is not in the office he enjoys spending time at the cottage and fishing. Even when he is not it in the office he is still available to his staff for any client issues that may arise.

Kendra joined the firm in 2008 as an associate. Her main areas of practice are family law and child protection.
Kendra also practices Collaborative law and is a member of Collaborative Practice of Manitoba. She attends court with her clients as necessary and has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba. She accepts Legal Aid Certificates.
As well as being a member of the Manitoba Bar Association, Kendra is the treasurer of the Child Protection Defence Lawyers Association and is the Vice Chair of the West Broadway Community Organization.
In her spare time she practices yoga and likes to travel.

Haley is an associate with Loewen & Martens. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, receiving her J.D. in 2016. Haley has worked with Loewen & Martens since 2014 as a law student, articled with the firm in 2016 and received her call to the bar in 2017. During law school she completed a clerkship with the Court of Queen’s Bench of Manitoba.
